The Kanban system optimizes added value through a visual process, using three key practices: defining and visualizing workflow, actively managing items, and continuously improving workflows. It provides practices and metrics for effective, efficient and predictable value flow.

Discovery

At BeTomorrow, Discovery is either a separate phase or completely integrated into the development phase. We define the product strategy and set out quality criteria, as well as actions to improve it and meet new needs. The project roadmap and objectives for future sprints are updated on a rolling basis. Continuous improvement of the delivered product, incorporating feedback from user testing, takes place at each iteration.
